Benjamin worked alongside TEVFD and Tappahannock Rescue Squad as a Paramedic with Lifecare Medical Transports for several years. Outside of Emergency Medical Services, Benjamin has been designing and developing websites since the 1990's. TEVFD approached him for assistance with their website, eventually leading to his career switch from full-time Paramedic to Web Developer. He is the owner and founder of Ophelia Design, based in the Northern Neck of Virginia. He lives with his wife Rebecca in Heathsville, VA.
