Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends, and neighbors of Joe L. Frank this evening. Joe passed away today unexpectedly. Joe was a dedicated member to the TEVFD from 1972-1987 and served as captain. Joe began life membership in 1987 and remained involved in the department, most recently while attending the quarterly Life Member dinner. We will miss you Joe! Last call Brother!
