The TEVFD has been working hard this week to fill all the request for smoke detectors. Mr. Andrew Hammond has been calling citizens based on their requests for service, and scheduling each install and assisting in the documentation process. We have an interactive web based product from our designer Ophelia Design that tracks each request, appointment, and project complete step to ensure each request is handled in a timely manner.
