Be advised, all current/pending banquet or pavilion reservations will honor the agreement.
Any new reservations made after 9/15/26 will have the updated cost listed below.
NOTE: The banquet hall reservations will no longer include the pavilion, however use of the pavilion can be added on for an additional fee.

Banquet Hall and Pavilion Rental $400 Deposit + $1,150 Balance Due prior to event = $1,550 Total

Banquet Hall (NO PAVILION) $400 Deposit + $900 Balance Due prior to event =$1,300 Total

Pavilion W/ Kitchen Use $100 Deposit + $550 Balance Due prior to event
=$650 Total -
Pavilion ONLY (No Kitchen) $100 Deposit + $400 Balance Due prior to event
= $500 Total
BANQUET HALL / PAVILION
Hosting an event? Our banquet hall is located at Station 1, 620 Airport Rd., Tappahannock, VA. It can seat up to 200 and has an attached full-size kitchen. Our 1300 sq. ft. pavilion is located directly behind the banquet hall and is also available to rent for outside events.
